Introduction
assess.one is an AI operational orchestration platform. You describe a business process in plain language, and assess.one turns it into a complete, reliable operational system — workflows, records, tasks, and approvals — that runs from start to finish. No diagramming, no code.
This documentation covers assess.one v2 — the AI-first generation of the platform. Where the first generation (v1, launched in 2023) required you to build and configure each process by hand — laying out its forms, data, and logic step by step — v2 is built around AI from the ground up: you describe the outcome you want, and assess.one generates the entire operational system for you in seconds, ready to review, refine, and run. It shifts operational orchestration from assembling a system to simply describing one — turning hours of manual setup into a single sentence.
What you can build
Section titled “What you can build”A workflow models a real business process from start to finish. Depending on what you describe, assess.one can:
- Capture information through intake forms (a request, an application, a claim, an order).
- Create and update records — the items that move through your process.
- Assign tasks to the right people or teams.
- Request approvals and branch the process on the outcome.
- Make decisions automatically based on the data (e.g. route high-value requests differently).
- Send email and SMS notifications at the right moments.
- Collect payments with payment links.
- Track everything on dashboards and in table views.
Typical examples: employee onboarding, customer complaints, purchase approvals, maintenance requests, service delivery, quote-to-payment, and hundreds more.
How it works
Section titled “How it works”- Describe your process in the prompt box (or start from a template).
- Review the generated workflow — its steps, the data it collects, and its dashboards.
- Refine it by describing any changes in plain language.
- Publish it.
- Run it — submit the form or trigger it, then manage the resulting records, tasks, and approvals.
Try it without an account
Section titled “Try it without an account”You can generate and preview a workflow before signing up. To publish and run workflows, you’ll need an assess.one account — and when you create one, the workflow you were building is saved to your new workspace.
