Dashboards & views

assess.one gives you two ways to see what’s happening across your records.

A dashboard is a set of widgets that summarise your data at a glance. Widgets include:

  • KPI — a single headline number (e.g. open complaints).
  • Multi-stat — a few related numbers together (e.g. Open / In progress / Completed).
  • Chart — bar, donut, or line/area for category breakdowns and trends over time.
  • Funnel — pipeline stages with drop-off between them.
  • Progress — a metric against a target.
  • List — a feed of recent records.

A table view lists records of a given type in columns you choose — a working list your team can filter and act on (for example, all open service requests).

Dashboards and table views can only show data that is saved on the record. That means:

  • information collected on the intake form, and
  • values the workflow explicitly writes to the record (for example, a status it sets as the record progresses).
