Using templates

Templates are ready-made workflows for common business processes. Starting from one is often faster than writing a prompt from scratch — especially for a standard process.

  1. Open the Templates library and browse by category, or search for what you need.
  2. Open a template to see exactly what it does — its steps, the data it collects, and its dashboards.
  3. Use the template to create your own copy (a draft) in your workspace.
  4. Customise it: refine it in plain language to match your terminology, roles, and rules.
  5. Publish and run it like any other workflow.

Each template page suggests similar workflows and similar categories, so you can quickly explore related processes if the first one isn’t quite right.

Template vs prompt — which should I use?

Section titled “Template vs prompt — which should I use?”
  • Start from a template when your process is fairly standard (onboarding, complaints, approvals, requests). You get a solid, proven starting point.
  • Start from a prompt when your process is specific to your business, or you already know exactly what you want.

Either way, the result is your workflow — fully editable.
